open hours. If you have a question or need assistance, please come to the
reference desk for help.
By Phone
If you can't come to the library, you can call us at 650-738-4312 and we'll
answer your question over the phone. Phone reference service is available anytime the
library is open.

Use this form to ask our reference librarians your question. Skyline College Library provides this online
reference service primarily for students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
Please allow 48 hours for a response Monday through Thursday, and longer on
Friday, weekends, and holidays. We provide answers to specific and brief factual
questions such as historical facts, dates or quotations; the use of our
online catalog and article databases; the completion of bibliographic
citations. *This
email reference service is not available when classes are not in session
(i.e. intersession breaks and holidays)
