to obtain a Petition to Challenge a Prerequisite form and specific
information about the process for filing your prerequisite challenge
request

Submit your completed Prerequisite Equivalency or Reciprocity of
Placement form and required documentation to a counselor for review.

Take the form to Admissions and Records for processing.
If approved you may enroll in the course.
If not approved you will be notified by a counselor. |
