A Skyline College Transcript will be issued upon written, signed request. The request must be received by either U.S. Postal Service, or completion of the transcript request form (E-mail not accepted as official request). The transcript is a district transcript; and includes coursework taken at Skyline College, College of San Mateo, and Cañada College. Information needed by Skyline College: Name, address, social security number, birthdate, telephone number, former name(s), number of copies needed, address(es) where transcripts are to be sent, approximate years of attendance and signature of student. Cost: The first two official transcripts are free; thereafter, you must pay $5 for each transcript you request. RUSH transcripts are available at cost of $10 per transcript (e.g. copy #3 will cost $5 + $10=$15). Please allow 24 hours for processing a RUSH transcript. A transcript may only be considered official by a receiving institution if it is mailed directly to the specified recipient. You may request that the transcript be picked up or mailed to your own address for personal use. The transcript will be in a sealed envelope and may only be considered official if the seal is unbroken when you are submitting it to another party.
